M14

As a .308 caliber rifle, it is semi-automatic. No, I didn't get this off of Call Of Duty. This supreme rifle is the advancement of the M1 Garand (seen in previous posts). This rifle was used from 1957 to the early '70's. It has a firing rate of 750 rpm., which is pretty good for a semi-automatic rifle. It is also light, weighing 5 kg. with a length of 1120 mm. It actually takes the same rounds and box magazines from the Browning Automatic Rifle (shown in previous post). It is a fairly reliable weapon and that would be my pick if I were to chose a semi-automatic rifle.
